The formation of a cluster strategy and goal is the equator of the project with the support of EU4Business
We are excited to announce the fifth video in our 10-part series, developed by the Ukrainian WoodHouse Cluster in partnership with Board, as part of the EU4Business program (funded by the EU and the German Government).
The launch of any new project requires a deep preparatory phase. This video focuses on the technical roadmap of strategy development: from data collection and situational analysis to formulating goals, creating action plans, and monitoring results. A significant portion of the session is dedicated to ensuring the financial stability of the cluster.
Insights from the Frontline:
Our guest speaker, Andrea Toma, Project Manager of the Transylvanian Furniture Cluster, shares her “raw experience” in crafting successful strategies. She emphasizes that strategic planning is the key to aligning all members toward a common goal, allowing them to step out of the daily grind and scale together.
Key Takeaways from Video #5:
- Data-Driven Strategy: How to collect and analyze participant data to build a realistic growth plan.
- Financial Sustainability: Technical models to keep the cluster operational and resilient.
- Competitive Edge: Why joining a cluster is a strategic move to boost competitiveness and represent industry interests on a global stage.
Despite the war, two-thirds of Ukrainian companies remain operational, showing incredible resilience. Through EU4Business, the EU and the German Government provide the tools for recovery and growth, ensuring Ukraine remains a strong partner in Europe. The UKRAINIAN CLUSTERS DEVELOPMENT GUIDE is a testament to this support, offering SMEs the knowledge to master their own clusters
