Agreement to data collection

Consent to the collection and processing of personal data, as well as receiving information through communication channels, including advertising messages.

Site is an Internet site available at the address (has a domain name) https://board.business or its subdomains

Chat bot is a platform for obtaining information by sending electronic messages to third parties who subscribed to this chat by registering and providing personal data using a social network Telegram. Chatbot link: @Board_Business_bot

The Board App is a mobile application for information. During the registration and operation of the mobile application “BUSINESS COMMUNITY BOARD” (code under EDRPOU 41174589) receives and processes personal data of a natural person.

Site User and/or Chatbot User/or Application User (hereinafter – User)” – a person who has access to the site and/or Chat-bot/or Application, using the Internet and uses this site and/or Chat-bot/or Application for your goals

Client – a natural person (including: a representative of a natural person, an individual entrepreneur, a representative of an individual an entrepreneur, manager or other authorized representative of a legal entity), who is in contractual relations with the Company and submitted their personal data for processing on a voluntary basis.

Provision of personal data (hereinafter – PD) – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons.

Subject – User or Client or counterparty of the Client who has provided his personal data to the Company.

I, as a Site User and/or a Chatbot User/or an Application User, when filling out any application, request, form or providing your personal data in any other way through the Chatbot, Application or Site or continuing to use the Site, Application or Chat-bot, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interests, as well as confirming my legal capacity, I provide the Company with limited liability “BUSINESS COMMUNITY BOARD” (code according to EDRPOU 41174589), consent to the processing of personal data and receiving information through communication channels, including advertising messages using SMS messages, messengers, social networks or e-mail addresses) and confirm that I am familiar with (a) the purpose of personal data processing and the rights granted to me in accordance with Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” (hereinafter – the Company), with the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given to the processing of personal data, both without the use of automation tools and with their use. Consent the following personal data of mine is given for processing:

   1. last name, middle name;
   2. contact phone numbers; e-mail addresses and other personal data provided by me.

Personal data is not publicly available.
Personal data is collected for the purpose of:

• Surname, middle name.
• Supports communication with the user.
• Sending information, including advertising information (messages) via Chatbot, Application or to specified by the user e-mail, phone number, postal address, etc. including by sending advertising, service and newsletters.
• Providing services to the user.
• Sell goods to the user.
• Conclusion of a contract with the user and its execution.
• Establishing feedback with Users, including the direction of messages, requests related to the use of the site, Application or Chatbot, provision of services, processing of requests and applications from the User.
• Determining the location of the User.
• IP address from which the user entered.
• Information about cookies.
• Information about the browser (or other program that accesses the site).
• Time of access to the site.
• Visited page addresses
• Referrer (address of previous page).

Personal data may be needed when: registering requests, applications from Users; user registration on the Site, in the Application or Chatbots in connection with their provision of their personal data using this Site, Application or Chatbot; analysis of actions a user on the Site, Application or Chatbot; sending (sending) advertising and news messages, as well as to achieve other purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Agreement.

The basis for processing personal data is: the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”, other laws and by-laws regulatory legal acts that regulate relations in the field of personal data protection; PRIVACY AND PROTECTION POLICY PERSONAL DATA posted on the Site; this “Consent to the collection and processing of personal data, as well as receiving information through channels communication, including advertising messages”.

During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be carried out: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, release), extract, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

The processing of personal data may be terminated at the request of the subject of personal data. Consent can be withdrawn by the subject personal data or by his representative by sending a written application to “BUSINESS-SPILNOTA BOARD” LLC to the following address: 07400, Kyiv region, Brovary city, SICHOVYH STRILTSIV STREET, building 13

This Agreement is valid all the time until the termination of personal data processing in accordance with Clause 7 and Clause 8 of this Agreement.

The user confirms that he accepts the terms and conditions and is familiar with the PRIVACY POLICY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.
