Analysis Of The Potential And Study Of The Problems Of The Cluster Industry – briefly about the 4th video within the scope of EU4Business
We invite you to watch the fourth video out of 10, prepared by the team of the NGO “Ukrainian WoodHouse Cluster” in partnership with Board, within the framework of the EU4Business program funded by the EU and the German government. This video is dedicated to the analysis of the potential and the study of the industry’s problems for creating a successful cluster.
The video examines key steps for determining the potential of a cluster initiative: industry analysis, identification of stakeholders, and study of the pain points and needs of companies. It also provides practical advice on fostering cooperation between potential cluster participants, particularly among competitors.
Recommendations based on the Polish experience of cluster development will be provided by the video speaker, Irena Łobocka – CEO of DOMPLUS Sp.z.o.o. and coordinator of key projects for the Sustainable Infrastructure Cluster. In particular, the speaker will discuss the role of the cluster manager, overcoming typical challenges, and the benefits of cooperation with European organizations.
- What research methods should be used to identify industry shortcomings?
- How to effectively analyze the needs of potential participants and the competitive environment?
- How to respond to opportunities for cooperation and resource sharing during such an analysis?
Detailed justification, algorithms, and answers to these questions are provided in the video.
We firmly believe that joining forces within clusters will enable Ukrainian businesses not only to compete on the global stage but also to become more resilient in the face of challenges. This is especially important now, as Ukrainian small and medium-sized businesses have faced numerous difficulties due to the war. Thanks to the UKRAINIAN CLUSTERS DEVELOPMENT GUIDE project and the support of EU4Business, Ukrainian SMEs receive a unique opportunity to become part of the global market, strengthening the economic resilience of their home country.
