Stages of cluster development and their features – the third video supported by EU4Business
We are thrilled to announce the third video in our 10-part series, developed by the Ukrainian WoodHouse Cluster in partnership with Board, under the EU4Business program (funded by the EU and the German Government). This video serves as a visual deep-dive that complements our written guide, helping SMEs visualize the power of clustering.
Navigating the Stages of Growth
The premiere on November 29 focused on the dynamic nature of clusters. In this session, we break down the 4 critical stages of a cluster’s life cycle: Inception, Development, Maturity, and Decline (or Rebirth).
What’s inside the session:
- Technical Roadmap: A detailed description of the processes occurring at each stage.
- Achieving Maturity: Special focus on how to successfully transition to the maturity stage and the strategic paths available for future evolution.
- Practical Management: Insights into cluster governance, including strategy definition, operational planning, team building, and the crucial role of the cluster manager.
- Global Benchmarking: Real-world examples of successful European clusters that have mastered these transitions.
Meet the Expert: Anastasia Konstantinova
Our speaker for this video is Anastasia Konstantinova, a top-tier expert in cluster and economic development. She has been a key developer of cluster policies across Europe, specifically in Austria, Spain, and Germany. Her raw experience provides a technical blueprint for Ukrainian founders looking to step out of the daily grind and scale within a structured ecosystem.
The EU4Business program ensures that every entrepreneur can contribute to the economic success of their state. By combining our step-by-step guide with the expertise of the Board international business community, we provide SMEs with the exact recommendations needed to navigate their clusters.
