Stages of cluster development and their features – the third video supported by EU4Business

We are thrilled to announce the third video in our 10-part series, developed by the Ukrainian WoodHouse Cluster in partnership with Board, under the EU4Business program (funded by the EU and the German Government). This video serves as a visual deep-dive that complements our written guide, helping SMEs visualize the power of clustering.

Navigating the Stages of Growth

The premiere on November 29 focused on the dynamic nature of clusters. In this session, we break down the 4 critical stages of a cluster’s life cycle: Inception, Development, Maturity, and Decline (or Rebirth).

• Achieving Maturity: Special focus on how to successfully transition to the maturity stage and the strategic paths available for future evolution.

Our speaker for this video is Anastasia Konstantinova, a top-tier expert in cluster and economic development.
