Tasks of the Board Ethics Committee
Development and Implementation of Ethical Standards. The Ethics Committee works on formulating and establishing ethical norms and principles that must guide our activities and interactions within the business environment.
Training and Dissemination of Values. The Ethics Committee organizes meetings, seminars, workshops, and other events to raise awareness of ethical principles and develop skills for ethical business conduct.
The Ethics Committee provides mechanisms and procedures for handling complaints regarding violations of ethical norms by members of our community. It reviews conflict situations and helps resolve them in a fair and ethical manner.
The principles and values we adhere to in the business community are gathered in the Code of Ethics. All participants familiarize themselves with it upon joining the community.
We believe that only through an ethical and responsible approach to business can we contribute to the sustainable development of our country, creating a fair and successful business environment for all community members.
