The NGO was formed based on the prior experience and activities of “Business Community Board” LLC, founded in 2018 by Andrii Dligach, Petro Syniehub, and Iryna Bierieshcheva — practicing entrepreneurs with a strategic vision, future orientation, and confidence in the prospects of Ukrainian entrepreneurs within the global economy.

The organization is focused on the effective, sustainable, and rapid development of the businesses of its members, who represent diverse industries and market niches. The NGO facilitates the exchange of experience, knowledge, and resources among its members based on trust, equality, and shared values. The organization provides access to the valuable expertise of more than 200 mentors and 2,000 business leaders united on an online platform according to shared values. It stimulates the international integration of Ukrainian business and supports the scaling of its activities abroad, while always remaining faithful to its mission of developing Ukrainian business.

The NGO emphasizes the importance of implementing the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) among Ukrainian businesses, highlighting its role in achieving the SDGs. This involves engaging business in addressing social,environmental, and economic challenges, which aligns with global sustainable development goals and contributes to improving the population’s quality of life. Through active participation in public life and the implementation of socially significant projects, the NGO “ORMSB “Business Community Board” demonstrates how strategic business engagement can become a powerful engine for social and economic transformations in the country.

NGO “ORMSB “Business Community Board” operates in various areas, including uniting and networking entrepreneurs,business acceleration and development, internationalization, and supporting the international integration of Ukrainian business. The organization is actively involved in creating opportunities for financing and investment, supporting innovation, conducting market research, and lobbying for business interests in state and regional institutions.

An important area of the NGO’s activity is promoting dialogue and strategic planning regarding the role of small and medium-sized businesses in democratic processes in Ukraine in the context of European integration. The organization pays special attention to the development of inclusive and social entrepreneurship, recognizing their key role in creating a sustainable and fair economy.

Furthermore, the NGO focuses on developing corporate social responsibility and educational initiatives, implementing communication strategies to increase the visibility of Ukrainian business, developing partnerships with other organizations, and constantly improving its own organizational structure. All these areas of activity are aimed at creating a powerful business ecosystem that will promote the development and scaling of Ukrainian small and medium-sized businesses both in Ukraine and internationally, with an emphasis on democratic values and social inclusivity.
