An evening with a mentor is always a wonderful opportunity to get to know the speaker better and be inspired by their stories. This time, Board members from Kharkiv were fortunate to host Vladyslav Guristrimba — co-founder of Biosphere Corporation, CEO at Memème fashion, and co-founder of the Vapiano Ukraine restaurant chain.
Sharing insights about his ventures, Vladyslav presented illustrative cases, specifically focusing on business operations during the quarantine and touching upon fundamental values. Participants were able to understand the dynamics of scaling a business with a staff of 3,000 versus managing a boutique team of 15.
