BOARD MAY: FASTER TOGETHER

May at Board was a month of new connections, powerful ideas, partnerships, and events that unite entrepreneurs around development, support, and moving forward together.

BOARD RIVNE

In May, two key events were held. During the Company Visit to Biopharma Plasma, participants saw how a modern plasma center operates, learned more about donation and its role in creating life-saving medications. Also, a thematic Board with Ivanna Yevsieieva titled “X10 Business Growth through Events and People” took place, focusing on scaling through events, the power of surroundings, and the personal development of a business owner.

BOARD DNIPRO

Held a saturated month of events, the key of which was the official Opening of the Board Space — a new place for the birth of ideas, partnerships, and stories of Board people. Also in the focus of the month were a Company Visit to Nova Poshta, where participants studied the internal processes of the company for implementation in their own businesses, and a Big Board with Artemiy Surin on the topic “Leader during a Crisis: How to Not Lose Scale When Everything Is Crumbling” about maintaining the scale of thinking in turbulent times.

BOARD VALENCIA

Held a busy month focused on systemic business, entering international markets, and adaptation in Spain. The key events were a Big Board with Dmytro Korchevskyi on the topic “Growth through System: Real Tools for Owners” about building processes without “owner heroism” and a Board Foresight with Yuliia Ventskovska “Entering International Markets” with practical training in global thinking. They also conducted a Company Visit to Invest In Valencia, a Philosophical Board with Oleh Linetskyi, an Evening Board with Andriy Stavniuk on buying real estate, an Evening Board with Ihor Lapchynskyi regarding tax issues, and an informal Board Padel tournament.

BOARD VOLYN

Held an active month of meetings dedicated to company security, scaling in the agricultural sector, and effective marketing. The key events were an Evening with Mentor Volodymyr Marusiak on the topic “Business Security: How to Protect Yourself from Audits and Searches” with action algorithms in crisis situations, and a Board Intensive with Ivanna Yevsieieva “Top 10 Low-Budget Marketing Tools” with an analysis of real cases for implementation. Also, within the framework of a Board Company Visit, participants visited the agricultural industrial group “VILIYA”, where they got acquainted with management and scaling approaches and saw key business processes from the inside.

BOARD VINNYTSIA

Held a month rich in innovative tools, bright debuts, and informal meetings. The key events were a Board Workshop with Andriy Stakhov on how AI is changing marketing, and a Thematic Board with the first public speech by the co-founder of Grand Car company, Maksym Slishchenko. A special atmosphere of the month was created by family formats Board Picnic and Board Kids, which united the community for relaxation and sincere communication.

BOARD KHARKIV

Held a busy May focused on systemic scaling, AI technologies, and business resilience. The key events were an Evening with Mentor Dmytro Diakov about 7 systemic mistakes of an owner when scaling, and a Board IT with Yevhen Horlach regarding the implementation of AI avatars in marketing and sales. They also conducted a Board Workshop with Olena Zhehus on SMM management, a Friendly Board with Vodafone Ukraine regarding cloud solutions and Big Data, analyses of requests at a Friendly Board and Board Mastermind, and at the intellectual tournament Brain Games, the branch team won 2nd place.

BOARD ODESA

Held a busy May dedicated to systemic business development, building managed marketing, and change management. The key event of the month was an Evening Board with Oleksiy Gagarinov on the topic “Business Diagnostics: How to Understand That Changes Are Due”, where participants analyzed systemic analysis tools to identify company weak points and implement systemic solutions. Also among the main formats was a Big Board with Roman Yefremenko on the topic “How to Assemble Marketing LEGO from Disjointed Tools and Move from Chaotic Launches to a System”, dedicated to building a managed marketing system and its interaction with sales.

BOARD ZAPORIZHZHIA

Held an ultra-powerful May, combining 22 events of various formats — from business analyses to large-scale charitable initiatives. The key events were a Series of Board Masterminds for manufacturing, retail, and service, a large family celebration Family Day on Khortytsia, as well as a team trip to a Big Board in Dnipro with Artemiy Surin. They also conducted a Company Visit to the Zaporizhzhia CCI, a meeting with Vodafone, a Special Board with the police and the 1580 contact center, as well as a Friendly Board for youth and a dancing Workshop. We are proud of the Board members who closed the fundraising for gas masks for the military and supported the opening of the new “PhotoMobile” location by Yevhen Holenkov.

BOARD KYIV

Held May in a deep immersion format, combining large-scale business strategies, management psychology, and aesthetics. The key events of the month were Board Talks with Andriy Dlihach, where participants received a triple concentration of expertise from Iryna Papusha (international diplomacy), Serhiy Tkachenko (multi-business and export), and Andriy Maslo (capital management), as well as a Company Visit to the Institute of Psychology and Entrepreneurship with a workshop on the influence of psychology and non-verbal communication on management decisions.

Also in the focus of the month were a meeting at the BAZHANE boutique about the entrepreneur’s wardrobe as a line of communication, a dynamic Speed Dating to search for new ideas and partnerships, and a practical intensive by Ivanna Yevsieieva with an analysis of B2B and B2C models for sales growth. BOARD MALAGA

Held a month completely focused on the areas of real estate, investments, and interior design. The key events were two large-scale visits: a Board Company Visit to Tyrian Residence — the first beachfront complex in Estepona with the highest investment potential, which was recognized as the best residential complex in Spain according to the International Property Awards, and a Board Company Visit to the showroom “Domberg – Bespoke Carpentry” in Marbella, which was opened by community participant Serhiy Tsveliuk in partnership with a former resident of the community.

BOARD IVANO-FRANKIVSK

Held an active May, combining 18 events — from operational management to large field formats. The key events were a Thematic Board with Ihor Laptiev (“Nova Poshta”) on the topic “Operational Management” about process optimization, and an Evening Board with Ivanna Yevsieieva regarding low-budget marketing tools.

They also conducted large-scale Board Business days in Lviv together with local and Volyn branches, where they attended a Company Visit to Impero Group, a cheese dairy with tasting, and the Superhumans rehabilitation center.

BOARD KRAKOW

Held a month with a focus on personal brand development and mastery of business communications. The key event of May was a Board Workshop with Andriy Burlutskyi (communication trainer, TV presenter, and mentor of Board London) on the topic “Public Speaking Life Hacks”, where participants gained practical skills and tools for effective negotiation and presentations.

BOARD KHMELNYTSKYI

Held an ultra-powerful month, combining 24 events for entrepreneur development, experience exchange, and strengthening the business community. The main event of May was a large-scale Board Birthday Party — the 4th anniversary of Board Khmelnytskyi, which united participants, partners, and friends of the community to celebrate an important milestone, new partnerships, and shared success over four years of development.

Also in the focus of the month were a Board Mastermind on the topic “Sales” with an analysis of current challenges, a Board Thematic Lunch with Dmytro Lutsenko “Effective Hiring” regarding the retention of strong employees, as well as two manufacturing visits — a Company Visit to PE “Privatna Drukarnia” and to the “KARMEL” enterprise to study the internal business processes of the companies.

BOARD ALICANTE

Held an active May, combining 11 events focused on international networking, investments, and interaction between cities. The key events of the month were the Board Invest Club with a live discussion of real investment cases and a large-scale Online Networking Alicante–Alania, which united entrepreneurs from different corners of the world.

A special conclusion of the month was a field format Board Family Day: Kharkiv Fest with a strong community vibe and a special social meaning to support the Ukrainian community abroad.

BOARD CHERKASY

Held a series of events for boosting sales, public speaking mastery, and studying manufacturing processes. The key events were the Graduation of the 6-week Board Marathon: Sales & Negotiations with an inspiring business game “Universe of One’s Own” and a Board Workshop on public speaking with Iryna Titovska for training confident communication.

Also, within the framework of a Board Company Visit, participants visited the research and production company “Askenn” (manufacturing of metal structures), where they studied business processes and all production stages from the inside.

BOARD TERNOPIL

Held a busy month dedicated to investments, effective hiring, and process automation. The key events were a Board Pitch with Andriy Kobylianskyi with the presentation of business projects and feedback, a thematic meeting with Dmytro Lutsenko about searching for strong candidates, and an intensive with Ivanna Yevsieieva regarding building a systemic sales department and exiting manual management.

They also conducted a Board Debate on the implementation of artificial intelligence in business and an informal Friendly Board in a picnic format to strengthen community ties.

BOARD LONDON

Held a busy May, combining inter-community networking, investment analyses, and an active travel format. The key events were a large meeting Board Dinner: BOARD London & Prizma Club for experience exchange, and a Board investment evening with Abdurakhman Shaikhalov, where they analyzed mathematical models of investing using the examples of Montenegro and Bulgaria.

Also in the focus of the month were a Board Travel with a hike in Wales and conquering the Pen y Fan peak, as well as a meeting with mentor Serhiy Barbashyn regarding tax residency, CFC (Controlled Foreign Corporations), and the CRS system.
