February was a month of active work and moving forward. At Board, it was defined by new meetings, strengthening partnerships, and exchanging practical experience. We continued to address the management challenges businesses face today: discussing growth strategies, analyzing cases, and sharing solutions that help entrepreneurs adapt to changes and find new opportunities for growth.
📸 We’ve gathered the month’s brightest moments in the gallery:
Board Zaporizhzhia held 15 events in February, combining learning, networking, and new community initiatives. Key highlights included an Evening Board featuring Rostyslav Pylypiv on AI opportunities for business and the first presentation of the “Veteran Help” initiative. There was also a Board Intensive with Yuriy Frydman on leadership and team management, a Company Visit to the “Beauty Service” business owned by member Yana Savinkova, a cha-cha-cha dance workshop, and an original “Mafia” game. A special highlight of the month was the first-ever book presentation in Board Zaporizhzhia history by community member Artur Manukyan, who shared the story of its creation and his personal journey as an author.

At Board Kyiv, one of the key highlights of the month was Board Talks featuring Andrii Dligach and Polina Kosharna, co-owner of Suziria Group and founder of the MasterZoo chain. During the meeting, we discussed strategic business adaptability: relocation, infrastructure expansion, launching new production lines and brands, retail investment, and entering new markets. Additionally, a Big Board session was held with Serhiy Komberianov, President of Lean Institute Ukraine, dedicated to Lean methodology as a practical approach to increasing business efficiency and building systematic processes.

At Board Khmelnytskyi, February was filled with a series of insightful meetings focused on business development, team building, and the personal resource management of entrepreneurs. An Evening Board with Vlad Demetskyi was dedicated to health as a strategic investment in energy, clarity of thought, and long-term efficiency. During a Board Workshop with Yuriy Rusanov, participants explored a new approach to B2B—how to close deals without advertising or cold calls by relying on value and trust. A meeting with Mykola Taranukha and the 1-AUTO top management team offered particular practical value, covering the construction of high-performing teams, systemic processes, and effective marketing and sales tools. Closing out the month, an Evening Board with Maryna Vasylieva discussed how a region can transform into a brand and how Khmelnytskyi’s garment industry is entering the global market.

For Board Prague, the highlight of the month was a “kvartyrynk” — a warm, creative evening that brought members together in an informal atmosphere. Participants sang, played guitar, and recited their own poetry as well as works by their favorite authors, once again showcasing the multifaceted talent within the community. Additionally, a meeting was held with Andrii Krupkin on the topic of “Recruiting and Onboarding,” where they analyzed real-life interview cases, key questions for candidates, and approaches to effective hiring, adaptation, and team retention.

For Board Odesa the month was marked by several powerful events and high community engagement. Key highlights included a Big Board with Olha Tadai on the owner’s strategic thinking and change management, as well as Board Cinemalogy—a charity screening of the film “10 Years as if in Hell,” created by Board members. The top event was the Board Rock Party, an informal gathering with music and active networking that further united the community. The charity screening had a social mission: the funds raised were directed toward supporting children, and the event drew partners from other cities, including Kharkiv.

Special Board з Людмилою Харів was dedicated to the art of self-presentation: participants practiced short pitches about themselves and their businesses while receiving feedback from colleagues. A distinct experience was the Board Company Visit to the Meta office, where members explored the company’s internal IT environment and learned more about its work approaches and corporate culture.
For Board Cherkasy, the month began with an off-site Board Weekend—an informal gathering for recharging and strengthening community ties. The key business event was a Practical Board with Yevheniia Potomkina (TargetPro), focused on Customer Development for business owners. Participants worked on defining target audiences, client tasks, and crafting offers for their own companies. Additionally, a new format was launched: the Board Marathon “Sales & Negotiations”—a series of practical trainings featuring systemic sales tools. The month concluded with a Board Company Visit to the “Ukrtekh2015” production facility, where participants observed business processes from the inside and discussed current solutions for stable operations amidst energy instability.

For Board Wroclaw, February featured two key meetings. The first was a deep business analysis with Anton Tiahnyriadno, during which participants conducted a detailed breakdown of Olena Frankovska’s business, organizing processes “on the shelves” and collectively seeking solutions for future development. The second event was an Open Board with Olena Borysova on the topic “Team, Strategy, Global Markets: The Growth Formula in Crisis,” where they discussed how businesses can maintain their development pace and enter new markets even during challenging periods.
At Board Valencia, the month was marked by a series of vibrant events. During a Board Discussion with Petro Syniehub, Olena Korsakova, and Oleh Hrechko, participants performed a detailed analysis of the Spanish real estate market trends for 2026. At a Special Board with the Finmap team, Oleksandr Solovei and Alona Shpachenko demonstrated how to build finances as a system that supports business growth. In a “Offline vs Online” Board Battle format, participants compared the experiences of different business models and sought the optimal balance between them. Closing the series was a Big Board with Anita Solovei titled “Infobusiness Without Illusions,” focusing on how offline entrepreneurs can transition online without unnecessary resource loss.

At Board Krakow, a meeting was held in February with mentor Olena Borysova on the topic “Team, Strategy, Global Markets: The Growth Formula in Crisis.” Participants discussed how to build resilient teams and explored the opportunities available for entering global markets even during periods of turbulence. Olena also shared her personal experience in scaling Ukrainian business using Gastro Family as an example, demonstrating how strategy and a strong team help transform a crisis into a point of growth.
