Board Kyiv members attended the main event of November — BIG BOARD. Thanks to the guest speaker, Gerry Murray, they learned how data on the talents of subordinates and employees can help make productive management decisions. During the meeting, participants saw firsthand examples of using human behavior data to make informed decisions based on personal engagement factors.
They separately addressed how the strengths, limitations, and potential of each employee can impact the performance of the entire team. They also examined behavioral competency indicators used to predict and manage performance and development. As Gerry noted, the smart use of employee talent can significantly increase product quality and prevent budget overruns.
