March is a month of decisions, interaction, and strengthening community bonds. At Board, it was a high-energy period filled with new meetings, meaningful events, exchange of experience, and even more opportunities for growth.

Throughout the month, we focused on practical business inquiries: discussing management, strategy, partnerships, team interaction, and solutions that help entrepreneurs move forward with confidence in a changing environment. Every meeting became a space for dialogue, new ideas, and powerful business networking.

One of the key events was participating in Fast Network (Prague – Krakow – Wroclaw) — a format that strengthened ties between cities and opened new doors for partnerships. The month was further enriched by Evening Board with Mykola Cheremisin on building resilient business partnerships and a joint online networking session with Alanya, which expanded our geographical reach. The month concluded with an intimate evening celebrating the 3rd anniversary of Board in Krakow — a family-style gathering that highlighted the strength of the community and its inner atmosphere.

Board Poltava

March was dedicated to deep practical work on key business skills. The central event was a Board Workshop on negotiations led by Volodymyr Rogov, an expert with years of sales experience. Participants worked in an intensive format: analyzing effective communication tools, modeling complex dialogues, and immediately practicing them. The focus was on finding win-win solutions and enhancing negotiation skills in a real business context.

Board Kyiv

The focus was on scaling and building a systematic business. During the Big Board with Oleksandr Suvorov, we discussed the transformation of a company from a manufacturing unit to a presence in over 60 markets, emphasizing the owner’s mindset, management decisions, and the responsibility that determines growth rates. This direction was reinforced by Board Talks with Vyacheslav Klimov, co-founder of Nova Poshta, where we deconstructed the architecture of scaling — how to build a business model that functions as an integrated system independent of manual management.

Board Valencia

The month combined strong business formats with atmospheric community events. A highlight was the Board Kvartyrnyk — a warm, creative evening that revealed new sides of our members and strengthened the sense of unity. The month’s dynamics were complemented by International Fast Networking, facilitating rapid contact exchange and international partnerships. The key event was the Big Board with Maksym Snisar, dedicated to the migration and tax aspects of living in Spain, where complex topics were broken down into clear, applicable solutions. Additionally, the Advisory Board format was fully launched, opening a new level of systematic work for members.

Board Lviv

March blended practice, business experience, and live discussions. Members sharpened their skills during “Negotiation Battles” with Tetiana Pan, discussed the power of branding at the Open Mic with the co-founders of MOVA Brewing Co., went on a Company Visit to Lev Padel Club, discussed systematic business with Oleksii Makariuk, and explored storytelling through the game “Scene of Life” at a Board Workshop with Iryna Snitynska.
