On February 18th, within the All-Ukrainian business community Board, an “Open Mic” session titled “Business Development through Standardization and Systematization” was held, featuring Board mentor Myroslav Koshun. The co-founder of Board Zakarpattia and owner of “Koshun Pellets” shared his 20-year business journey and the “bumpy” road to success. His company manufactures, repairs, and rents high-end pallets, delivering products throughout Ukraine and Europe 24/7, year-round. Myroslav explained how establishing standards and building a system-process management approach can create a business that is “easy” to manage.
