Business Development through Standardization and Systematization

On February 18th, within the All-Ukrainian business community Board, an “Open Mic” session titled “Business Development through Standardization and Systematization” was held, featuring Board mentor Myroslav Koshun. The co-founder of Board Zakarpattia and owner of “Koshun Pellets” shared his 20-year business journey and the “bumpy” road to success. His company manufactures, repairs, and rents high-end pallets, delivering products throughout Ukraine and Europe 24/7, year-round. Myroslav explained how establishing standards and building a system-process management approach can create a business that is “easy” to manage. This valuable exchange enriched the Board community in Zakarpattia. We invite business owners in Zakarpattia to join the community to learn together, share experiences, and offer their expertise
