November at Board: A month of focused work and interaction

November at Board became a month of focused work, live interaction, and preparation for the next stage. For the community, the end of the year is not a slowdown but a focus on key decisions, practical results, and future opportunities.

During the month, the Board team processed 2,324 business requests, held 450+ online and offline events across 40 branches, and welcomed 8 new employees. Five cities celebrated their anniversaries, and the “Board: Together Stronger” charitable foundation turned two years old. November was packed with events across cities: from large-scale Big Boards, mentoring sessions, and workshops to family formats, Company Visits, sports activities, and social initiatives. Members from various cities shared experiences, launched new formats, strengthened partnerships, and supported each other.

November in Poltava consisted of 13 events in various formats. The key event of the month was a Board Evening with mentor Olena Borysova on the topic “Team, Strategy, Global Markets: The Formula for Growth in Crisis.”

In Barcelona, the month was marked by large-scale meetings with Board speakers.

Kyrylo Kaftanyk and Serhii Savytskyi visited the city.

One of the most interesting events was the presentation by Kyrylo Kaftanyk. They discussed, in particular, how companies can get into the 2% of businesses with a turnover starting from 50,000 euros per month.

In November, Board Khmelnytskyi held 32 events, including 4 meetings with speakers. External experts, mentors, and the Mayor of Khmelnytskyi, Oleksandr Symchyshyn, visited the community.

An important event was the open dialogue between business and the city, as well as a Board Workshop with Oleksii Samoilenko on the owner’s exit from operational activities and the role of the team.

In parallel, leisure and networking events took place: Board Fit & Talk, Women’s Board, Men’s Evening, Bowling,CashFlow, and the “Fortuna” game.

November in Ivano-Frankivsk became truly large-scale.

10 events, including Big Board, which brought together over 150 entrepreneurs from different cities. Big Board Ivano-Frankivsk became a space for powerful discussions, new acquaintances, and a sense of a large community. The next day complemented the impressions with Company Visit Day — featuring visits, activities, sports, and communication without formal boundaries.

The month was also marked by:

  • Presentations by mentors Serhii Hlushchenko and Oleksii Sikoryn.
  • Launch of the Board Peer2Peer format — long-term group work.
  • Social initiatives together with the “Board: Together Stronger” Charitable Foundation.
  • Participation in “Winter Wonders” (Zymovi Dyva).

In Malaga, November was intense — 9 events, 4 large-scale meetings with international-level speakers.

Among them were Viktoriya Tigipko, Natalia Chepel, Serhii Savytskyi, and Yuliia Shevelieva.

The month was highlighted by a trip to Morocco, regular sports activities, and personal achievements of the members — particularly a 21 km half marathon.

In Prague, November featured 11 events, 3 large-scale formats, and significant steps toward integrating Ukrainian business into the Czech environment.

Among the key events:

  • The second meeting with the Czech community “Smart Networking.”
  • An interactive workshop on debates.
  • Big Board with Olena Borysova, which left a deep aftertaste and sparked lively discussions.

In Alicante, November took place in a format of 12 events and 3 large meetings with speakers.

The month was highlighted by warm family formats — specifically, the FAMILY DAY “Odesa Pryvoz,” which created a sense of home far away from Ukraine.

Individual moments — sea fishing, live communication, and mutual support — made this November about people and closeness.

In Ternopil, November consisted of 7 events, 4 meetings with speakers, and participation in Big Board Ivano-Frankivsk.

The Board Workshop with Ruslan Savchyshyn about AI in business left a special impression.

The month concluded with a meeting where participants summarized the results and formulated plans for the future.

In Lviv, November was about interaction, support, and scale.

Big Board Lviv took place, along with charitable initiatives in partnership with Board Volyn and participation in “Winter Wonders.”

The community also supported the military — through both fundraising and the direct personal involvement of its members.

  • Active intercity collaborations.
  • Launching new partnerships.
  • Opening members’ businesses in new cities.
  • Strong mentoring support.

The “Winter Wonders” project, organized by the “Board: Stronger Together” International Charitable Foundation, united over 1000+ Board members who gave the children of heroes warmth, care, and a sense of a true miracle on the eve of winter.

Board continues to be an environment where even at the end of the year, a working rhythm, responsibility for decisions, and a focus on long-term results are maintained.
