On June 11th, three events took place in Mukachevo simultaneously: a workshop on women in business, a wine tasting with a cellar tour, and a Board introductory meeting for potential members. Board mentor Olena Tsiva, alongside guest speaker Renata Izay, discussed business management and shared their rules for working in male-dominated environments.
The result was a productive group interaction. Participants exchanged views on gender inequality, emotional burnout, and the specifics of family businesses. Renata Izay, speaking as both an entrepreneur and a psychologist, provided recommendations on proper positioning and behavior.
We thank the speakers for the material, Board partner Oksana Rozman for moderating, and the “Vynnyi Sad” (Wine Garden) winery for hosting us in such an atmospheric setting among the wine barrels.
