Starting the day productively is the key to a good mood. Especially when you listen to and are inspired by guest speakers.
During breakfast, Dnipro members listened to a talk by Board co-founder Petro Syniehub and mentor Serhiy Panchenko. The discussion centered on employee motivation and training at a leading Ukrainian manufacturing facility.
Serhiy Panchenko, the founder of the manufacturing company and trademark “Ministry of Doors,” shared his experience in implementing training courses.
Since 2017, the company has been the leader in exporting entrance doors in Ukraine, producing about 5,000 doors per month. Attendees learned from his experience and shared their own implementations.
