Board Visit & Practicum at the “One Seven” private kindergarten network

Thanks to Board member Maryna Derevianko, Board Dnipro members saw firsthand how the “One Seven” private kindergarten network operates.

During the tour, community members and their children visited an interactive theater with the performance “The White Wizard” and participated in a creative workshop based on the Reggio approach.

In addition, each parent received a Welcome Pack containing practical cases on the coaching approach.

Maryna Derevianko, the founder of One Seven, shared the specifics of running a business in the field of preschool education and explained how the idea for this business was born.

She also discussed the results of using a coaching approach, not only with children but also with teams.

The final chord of the excursion was a sweet table organized by the “One Seven Kids Community” kitchen.
