April in Board was saturated with bright events, new partnerships, experience exchange, and discussions that help business move forward even in turbulent conditions.

Throughout the month, we talked about company development, management challenges, team dynamics, systematicity in business, and opportunities for growth. Each meeting became a space for practical insights, new ideas, and contacts that grow into real collaborations.

This is exactly how an environment is formed where growth happens faster, goals become more ambitious, and new points of growth are found.

Board Kyiv

Held events that combined intellectual networking, analysis of business scaling, and familiarization with production processes. Among the key formats was the game “What? Where? When?” for teamwork and quick thinking, Board Talks with Artem Borodatiuk about the system, focus, and management of 25 businesses, as well as a Board Company Visit to United Kyiv Roasters, where participants saw coffee production from the inside.

Board Krakow

Held a series of meetings for community development, networking, and experience exchange.

The key event of the month became the Evening Board with Andrii Krupkin about building a strong sales team. Participants talked about working with AI, the sales department system, goal setting, motivation, hiring managers, and the role of the manager.

Also held Board Networking Krakow–Alicante for experience exchange between the cities and Board Sport Day — a family bike ride for 25 km with a joint picnic.

Board Malaga

Held a Board Discussion with Volodymyr Bandura about the impact of AI on business and its practical use.

Over breakfast, participants discussed who AI can replace, how AI is already used in their businesses, what realistically works in practice, and also analyzed specific requests of the participants.

Board Valencia

Held 27 events, combining business analyses, networking, expert meetings, and informal formats for the community.

The key events of the month became the Board Startup Battle, where participants presented their projects, received questions, feedback, and risk analysis from the perspective of an investor, partner, and client, as well as a Board Mastermind about applied AI tools that entrepreneurs already use in business.

Also in the focus of the month were the Evening Board about the monetization of the wellness trend, a Board QA session about business growth in an unstable environment, a meeting about financing and mortgages in Spain, as well as a Board Family&Friends Day to strengthen connections within the community.

Board Mykolaiv

Held 17 events, combining business meetings, educational formats, and events for the community.

The key event became the Evening Board with the city mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych. Participants discussed doing business under martial law conditions, city development, water supply, and land issues.

Also held an Evening Board with Tymofii Irkliienko about creating a digital department in business — from chatbots to an AI team. Talked about automation of sales, internal processes, and scaling without an additional increase in expenses.

Board Khmelnytskyi

Held 27 events focused on the business development of participants, networking, and practical experience exchange.

The key events of the month became the Big Board with Bohdan Tochka about scaling the Ukrainian brand MOVA and the Board Business Intensive for Khmelnytskyi entrepreneurs with cool speakers, applied tools, and new opportunities for partnerships.

Also held a Board Workshop about brand strategy, a Board Thematic Lunch about investments, risks, and business scaling, a Board Shooting for informal networking, and a Board Girls Evening with a necklace-weaving master class.

In Board Kharkiv

The key event became the international business forum Kharkiv Insight 2026, which united entrepreneurs, partners, government, and education representatives around a conversation about the economic future of the city.

Also held an Evening Board at Vodafone about Big Data, customer experience, and telecom infrastructure, Board IT with Dmytro Pankratov about web development for entrepreneurs, Friendly Board for analyzing the business requests of participants, a Board Workshop with Bohdan Kurinnyi about systematic sales, and the event “Wine as a language of status” about the culture of choice and networking.

Board Kremenchuk

Held 7 events for networking, experience exchange, and working with current requests of participants.

The key meeting of the month became the “Debates” — a format of open discussion, where participants argued their positions, shared practical cases, and looked for solutions through a constructive exchange of thoughts.

Board Zaporizhzhia

Held 20 events — from business formats and educational intensives to informal meetings and charitable initiatives.

The key events became the strategic session with Board founder Andrii Dlihach about the future of business, trends up to 2030, and adaptation to changes, as well as a Big Board with 6 speakers about service and customer-centricity as a competitive advantage.

Also held a Board Intensive with Yurii Frydman about delegation and feedback, Board Games in a charitable format, an excursion to the theater, sound therapy, and meditation.

Board Zakarpattia

Held a Board Party with the pitching of the results of the strategic session and Q&A with Mykhailo Vynnytskyi. Participants presented their developments, discussed strategic decisions, and asked questions to the expert with experience in the field of education, management, and community development.

Board Zhytomyr

Held a series of meetings about teams, sales, partnerships, and business management.

The key events became the Evening Board with Oleksandr Vyshnevskyi and Svitlana Kutsenko about team building, trust, responsibility, and cooperation between veterans and civilians, as well as the Evening Board with Olha Nedilko and Oleksandra Ostrovska about sales as a system, predicted result, motivation, control, and scaling.

Also held Board Hub Cooperation about partnerships for growth, a Board Lunch with Tetiana Nikitich about management cases and mistakes of business owners, and a Board Lunch with Lada Los about working with conflicts in teams.

Board Ternopil

Held a series of events with a focus on strategy, product, investments, and networking.

The key events became the strategic session with Andrii Dlihach about business 2030, changes of the future, and adaptation to new challenges, a Board Mastermind with Sofiia Selska about creating a product with strong demand, and a lunch with Taras and Ostap Bachynskyi about investments and financial thinking.

Also held a Board Pitch for presentations and getting acquainted with new participants and a Friendly Board for informal networking inside the community.

Board Vinnytsia

Held meaningful meetings about the interaction of business with veterans, scaling, and sales.

Among the key events is the Thematic Board with Serhii Savin about the cooperation of business and veterans, respect for experience, and management decisions without formalities. Also took place a Big Board with Bohdan Tochka about scaling, bold decisions, and building a business as a system, and a Mastermind with Valentyn Tkachenko about sales, analysis of numbers, weak spots, and points of growth.

Board Odesa

Held a series of Big Board meetings with a focus on the economic future of business and systematic digital development.

The key events became the Big Board with Oleksii Herashchenko about the economic realities of Ukraine, global trends, and financial management, as well as the Big Board “System of growth in digital” with Petro Bilinskyi, Tsvitana Kozyr, and Dmytro Chornomorchenko about digital marketing, website, content, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the role of AI in scaling marketing processes.

Board Alicante

Held 10 events, among which sports, entrepreneurial analyses, and meetings to strengthen connections in the community became key.

Among the main events is the first Padel Tournament, which united participants in a team format and became a space for networking through sports.

Also held an Evening Board with Mykola Cheremisin about business partnership, causes of conflicts, vulnerabilities of agreements, the 50/50 model, and the importance of a partnership agreement.

The month concluded with a Women’s Board, where participants shared their experience of launching a business in Spain from scratch, practical advice, and their own entrepreneurial cases.

Board London

Held a series of meetings with a focus on investments, experience exchange, and launching new formats for participants. Among the key events is the Board Dinner with partner Serhii Saroian, where they talked about the development of Board in Vienna, Prague, Odesa, and got acquainted with the London community.

Also held a Board Discussion Panel about investing in real estate in Scotland — from searching for an object and tax nuances to closing the deal and hidden expenses. Continued work in the Advisory Board format: the first group of participants has already analyzed a business case in the new format under the moderation of Levon Gevorgyan.

Board Vienna

Held a series of meetings for community development, experience exchange, and networking between participants from different cities.

The most large-scale event of the month became the Board Workshop with Andrii Burlutskyi about storytelling and stories that help sell, build trust, and strengthen the brand.

Also held an Evening Board with Mykola Cheremisin about the structure of business partnership, causes of conflicts, and mechanisms for their prevention, Family Event — the excursion “Secrets of old Vienna”, and a Company Visit to the Audi plant, which united 75 participants from Vienna, Prague, Budapest, and Wroclaw.

Board Prague

Held a series of meetings with a focus on partnerships, service, networking, and off-site formats for the community. The strongest event of the month became the Special Board with Mykola Cheremisin about business partnership: the structure of agreements, vulnerabilities, conflicts, and solutions that help build stable business relations.

Also held a Boardstorm with Oleh Boryichuk about modern service as a competitive advantage, a Board excursion to Melnik castle in a family format, and a Company Visit to the Audi plant, which united 75 participants from Prague, Budapest, Wroclaw, and Vienna.

Board Ivano-Frankivsk

Held 15 events with a focus on branding, franchising, finance, and community development.

Among the key formats are the Evening Board BRENDARI with Yevhen Yefymenko, a Thematic Board with Myroslava Kozachuk about the path from an idea to a network on the example of Franchise Group, and a Financial Board Workshop with Mariia Domchak.

Also, the community joined a social initiative for the reconstruction of an open sports space near the city lake to create a safe and well-kept place for sports and recreation of city residents.

In Board Cherkasy

The key event became BIG BOARD Cherkasy about the financial architecture of business and growth models, which gathered over 100 participants and included speed dating between the city’s entrepreneurs.

Also held a charitable movie screening of a film shot by Board members with invited guest Rymma Ziubina, regular Board Lunches for experience exchange, finished the 6th block of the Board Marathon: Sales & Negotiations, organized a meeting about the adaptation of veterans in business, and a workshop about practical AI tools.

Board Volyn

Held a series of meaningful events focused on teams, service, and marketing transformations.

Within the framework of the Board Workshop with Olha Dobrovolska, talked about trends in team formation in 2026, selection, retention, and development of people in business.

Also held a Board Breakfast with Andrii Moskin and Andreas Bilous about service as a system of brand growth and a Board Intensive with Vitalii Okseniuk about marketing changes and decisions that help business move forward.
