October with Board: a month of great meetings, good deeds, and the true Power of the Community.

October became special for Board — filled with meetings, new ideas, and sincere good deeds.  We have once again become convinced that when people with the same values unite, they are capable of changing the world around them.

Our October events

This time, we gathered at two large-scale conferences simultaneously — Invest Grand Board in Valencia and Grand Board in Kyiv. Over 800 entrepreneurs from various corners of Ukraine and the world came to share experiences, support each other, and grow together. Among the speakers were top management and founders of companies such as WOG, Ukrposhta, NIBULON, U Agency, World Trade Center Kyiv, GONZO.INVEST, Ukraine Green Recovery Fund, Nova Post, and other significant entrepreneurs of our country.

These Grand events united success and charity into a single whole

Thanks to Invest Grand Board in Valencia, we provided an opportunity for 50 children who lost their parents during the war to rest, raising 1.5 million UAH for their vacation and recovery. At the Grand Board in Kyiv, a charity concert by the band “Bilsh-Mensh” and an auction took place, featuring a custom-made cash counter. The funds gathered from this business conference were handed over to Board members serving in the Defense Forces of Ukraine. All initiatives were implemented thanks to the synergy with the “Board: Stronger Together” International Charitable Foundation.

А на Grand Board у Києві відбувся благодійний концерт гурту “Більш-Менш” та аукціон, де розіграли авторський лічильник готівки. Кошти отримані з цієї бізнес-конференції були передані учасникам Board, які знаходяться в Силах Оборони України. Усі ініціативи реалізовано завдяки синергії з МБФ “Board: Разом сильніші”.

In October, the Board app became available for both iOS and Android.

We also created an AI Angel to assist in resolving business requests 24/7.

During October, our team was joined by four new specialists who make our community stronger every day!

Together, we continue to address our members’ business needs.

This month, we resolved more than 2,100 business requests.

In total, for October — over 400 events across Ukraine and the world!

Events by Cities:

Kropyvnytskyi and Vienna celebrated their anniversaries this month, while Khmelnytskyi hosted the “Business and Entrepreneurship Festival” — a festival that introduces entrepreneurs to our community.

📍 Zhytomyr: 

The month was highlighted by a vibrant Evening Board with Yuliia Hulia (U store & atelier) on the topic: “From Dream to Action: Effective Attraction of Investments into Business. Grant Directions,” and a discussion with Mykola Taranukha (1-AUTO) on: “Building a Systemic Business at the National Level.”

Members highlight a particularly special trip to Odesa this month for the community’s birthday, where cities united to share their business experiences and celebrate together.

📍 Odesa

Celebrated the community’s sixth birthday, where members spoke with Olena Kravatska, a Merited Master of Sports of Ukraine. Olena shared the art of making swift and winning decisions. Board Odesa spent its birthday as productively as possible; together with the “Board: Stronger Together” foundation, we raised 100,000 UAH for the children of the South. These funds were used to purchase equipment for the Ratsynska special school in the Mykolaiv region, and aid for the youngest was handed over to the “Monsters Corporation” charitable foundation.

📍Zaporizhzhia

October began with a good deed — one of the community members gifted a Starlink to our defender. Throughout the month, we had a real wave of inspiring meetings:

Yurii Rusanov (TTX) shared how to turn an idea into a product purchased by TOP Retail. Zaporizhzhia is proud of its members, who together create digital services for veterans, unite in joint projects, and tirelessly support the military.

Iryna Bezliepkina (VARUS) shared live cases about putting people at the center of business;

Roman Khristin (Rise Consulting) revealed how a business reflects its owner;

Vitalii Ivakhov (Spanish House, ISLA) talked about corporate subjecthood;

Zaporizhzhia is proud of its members, who together create digital services for veterans, unite in joint projects, and tirelessly support the military.

📍Mykolaiv

City members held the Big Board Game — a practical training on operational management. During the Evening Board,Andrii Sachenko (“RELIANCE”) shared his experience on how to resolve corporate conflicts and maintain a company’s reputation.

📍Khmelnytskyi 

The Khmelnytskyi hub is proud of its thematic workshop and lunch with Marharyta Sichkar (Book Hub “Vich-na-Vich”) on the topics: “How to plan your life for maximum effectiveness?” and “How to write a book about your experience and life.” Marharyta shared many useful stories, facts, and provided excellent recommendations to our members on writing their own books.

📍Rivne 

The highlights here were the Board Company Visits — trips to the “Aurora” and “Agrana Fruit Ukraine” enterprises in Vinnytsia. At the “Support Rivne Products” festival held in the city, part of the collected funds was donated to the Superhumans Center, where Ukrainian military and civilians undergo rehabilitation.

📍 Barcelona

This month, a record-breaking Padel tournament took place here on three courts — a sport that has become a favorite in our community as more and more members fall in love with it. There was also a powerful “Board-roast” by Oleksandr Kitsenko, after which one of the participants has already been able to sell her first course.

📍Kraków and Wrocław

United for a joint Board Poland — a day filled with inspiration and new acquaintances. It had everything: from rapid networking in the Speed Dating format to deep discussions at the Motivational Board.

📍Prague

This month, members received a real boost for growth thanks to meetings with powerful mentors:

Company Visit to Noble nábytek — an introduction to the Czech-Ukrainian brand that manufactures furniture.

Motivational Board with Karen Mirzakhanyan — an evening about scaling business without losing focus;

Special Board with Martin Vohánka, founder of Eurowag and one of the wealthiest people in the Czech Republic, who shared his vision for the future of the transport industry. Impressed by the strength and depth of our entrepreneurs, Martin stayed with our members longer than originally planned; he enjoyed spending time in a community of leaders so much that he invited our members to visit his office;

Workshop with Liubov Teplytska — a practical dive into Experience Marketing together with MBA Kids International students;

Charity and Support:

Together with Petro Syniehub and member Tetiana Koval, the “Board: Stronger Together” foundation handed over dozens of power stations, generators, and a hundred heaters to our defenders. Meanwhile, the anniversary of Board Kolomyia became an example of true unity — together, we purchased 11 FPV drones for the 77th Territorial Defense Battalion.

We are all so different, and the achievements of this month are unique for everyone. But Board unites for a single goal — to become better, stronger, more powerful, and to do more. And heights can only be reached together, because together is faster!
