Every year in December, the Board business community gathers to look into the future soberly, deeply, and strategically.Traditionally, the strategic session was conducted by the founder of Board, head of Advanter Group, and Ukraine’s No. 1 visionary — Andriy Dligach.
We talked about what 2026 will be like: not easy, not predictable, but full of opportunities for those who are ready to act differently.
Andriy emphasized: the war will continue, security risks will persist, and the global context will remain turbulent. But that is exactly why entrepreneurs must transition from a survival model to the Dream → Think → Go Big model.
Among the key highlights of the meeting:
📌 Businesses must accelerate adaptation and abandon “temporary” strategies.
📌 The shortage of human capital must be compensated for through technologization, robotics, and the implementation of AI.
📌 New business models, personalized marketing, consolidation, and working within value chains are key development tools.
📌 Despite the challenges, the Ukrainian economy has a window of opportunity, and entrepreneurs are capable of seizing it.
