On January 29, the Board all-Ukrainian business community hosted a brainstorming session featuring mentor Vasyl Yabryk. Vasyl is the owner of Yabryk Management Group, founder of brands like Krayna, Moeco, Fayno Fruit, Ice Land, and Sakura, and the visionary behind Chilli Pizza, Pub House, and Viper Gym.
The Core Framework
The mentor’s presentation was built around 4 key criteria for evaluating business opportunities: Synergy, Niche, Need, Trend (including those 8 main trends we often discuss!)
One of the most eye-opening questions Vasyl asked the audience was: “How many minutes or hours a day do you actually set aside to plan your actions for one year or five years ahead?” He emphasized that to truly focus on the future, you simply have to step out of the daily operational grind.
It was an intense evening spent with driven and proactive individuals, making a significant impact on the Board community in Transcarpathia.
