As part of a brainstorm with Board mentor Ihor Snitivker, Odesa members exchanged experiences and discussed export strategies. The conversation focused on selecting export markets, conducting analysis for adequate export pricing, and answering the crucial question: “Where to find the funding?”. Furthermore, the discussion touched upon values in export and staff motivation. We are grateful to Ihor for traveling from Dnipro and for the surge of motivation he provided.
