During the meeting with Oleksandr Sudarkin — Board mentor, MBA program director at MIM Business School, founder of Sudarkin.pro, and co-founder of “Agro-Patriot” — the topics of leadership and psychological safety within teams were discussed. Oleksandr explained how to structure team operations so that every member works productively. He shared insights on motivating a team and how to become an effective leader who manages without disrupting the psychological climate. Every Board member from Dnipro gained new perspectives and is already striving to become a better manager. We thank him for the morning energy boost.
