What will happen to business in Ukraine in the coming year? What are the most likely future scenarios? How should one act in each of them? These questions were discussed at the main event of 2022 – Board Grand Strategy, held on December 10.
In partnership with the Prizma business club, the international business community Board conducted the “Grand Strategy 2023” brainstorm. The keynote speakers were Vyacheslav Lysenko (investor and business owner) and Board mentors: Anatoliy Amelin (strategist) and Petro Chernyshov (Board member of various companies). The meeting was moderated by Andriy Dligach, founder of Board.
Most participants concluded that the most likely scenario is a prolonged war and economic decline. However, there are other options. To prevent victory in the war from leading to the loss of the country’s economy, experts recommend optimizing business models, developing dynamic strategies, cooperating, attracting grants, and betting on talent. According to the experts, the most active development in 2023 was expected in three areas: demolition and construction, the processing industry, and the military complex. Our main goal remains the eradication of corruption and the active promotion of a modern vision for Ukraine.
